Blue Diamond is a 13,000 sq. ft. villa with modern interiors, spacious floor plans, five full bedrooms plus an additional room with a day bed, a swimming pool, and a heated jacuzzi for up to twelve people.

This villa’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves.

Blue Diamond features a magnificent Grand Room with 21-foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to a triangular, glass-topped table in the formal dining room that can seat up to fourteen people. A custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop and refrigerator leads into the gourmet kitchen, and private powder rooms lie in the surrounding alcoves. On the second floor, there is a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, two card tables, a ping pong table and an ocean view.
