ÀNI is an exclusive, all-inclusive private resort located on five lush acres (two hectares) along Sri Lanka’s south coast, designed for a single group of guests. Perched on a gentle rise above a palm-lined beach near Dickwella, it offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The resort can host 6 to 30 guests in its range of luxurious accommodations, which include eight Split-Level Suites, four Classic Suites, and three Family Suites. These are arranged around two double-story, Tropical Modernism-inspired living spaces—Villa Monara (meaning Peacock) and Villa Divia (meaning Leopard)—each overlooking expansive infinity pools and the ocean beyond an emerald-green lawn.
The suites are situated around Villa Monara and Villa Divia, in separate structures that flank the two infinity pools or sit further back near the elegant Arrival Pavilion. Each suite features spacious bedrooms with vaulted, woven-bamboo ceilings, terrazzo floors, and large bathrooms, offering views of the ocean or lush gardens. Designed with a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, the suites boast floor-to-ceiling glass doors that welcome the ocean breeze. Interiors feature hand-carved antiques, including curvilinear wood and brass rod Lanka chairs, complemented by crisp white linens, striking black-and-white photography, and refined, textured furnishings. Each room is equipped with modern comforts like hair dryers, Nespresso machines, mini bars, and bathroom scales.
