Introducing the newly-built (2023) Bella Rocca, an architecturally distinct 8,000 sq. ft. contemporary oceanfront retreat with resort amenities and sweeping ocean views.
With three levels of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, Bella Rocca is a visually captivating villa that rivals resorts, perfect for hosting large groups of adults or multi-generational families. Crafted by an award-winning design team, Bella Rocca is artfully integrated into the elevated “Cayman rock” bluff, offering a seamless blend of natural surroundings with modern design elements, notably the striking concrete and glass-walled entry foyer. Expansive ocean-facing glass walls, sophisticated decor, and a minimalist ambiance define the design and ensure utmost privacy at Bella Rocca.
Our experience begins with a group airport welcome by a professional chauffeur and a 28-seat mini-coach (for 7-day min stays). The local hospitality team can arrange for rental vehicles to be delivered to the villa in advance. There is ample off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the villa’s driveway.
Positioned in the heart of the island, guests are within a 20-minute drive of both the resort area of Rum Point to the west and the prime spots for kite-boarding, beach bars, resort beaches, and scuba diving in Grand Cayman’s East End.
Bella Rocca features four oceanfront king suites and two double-twin suites on the second floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find the main entertaining spaces, along with pool, spa, firepit, and beach access, as well as a double-king bed suite and a double-full bed suite (with an additional twin bed loft overhead). It’s an ideal layout for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Massages, yoga sessions, and chef-prepared dinners are highlights of the private Bella Rocca experience. (Sleeps 22 total guests; 20 adults max.)
Beach Notes: The beach behind Bella Rocca is both pebbly and sandy. It is by no means a barefoot beach as the beach here is reef protected which creates a marine environment of corals and grasses for all of our marine life to live in! Please wear pool shoes or swim fins when in the water and be mindful not to damage the corals. The snorkeling here is superb, as there are never many snorkelers in the water to spook the wildlife. We often see eagle rays as well as schools of hovering squid out near the reef. If you want a barefoot beach for swimming, we have two large resorts in the east end, only 5 minutes away. Both are open to the public, and each has restaurants, beach bars, and watersports. The Rum Point Beach Club (to the west) is the preferred destination, as they offer a beach bar, on-beach dining, fine dining (opening summer 2023), and watersports. Our guests also receive a preferred discount at the Rum Point Club.
