Twin Palms Villa is a luxurious oceanfront retreat located in the serene Rum Point area, boasting a private stretch of sandy beach and a protective coral reef ideal for snorkeling.
With no immediate neighbours on either side, guests can enjoy complete seclusion and tranquility. Twin Palms features a spacious, sandy backyard that leads to a beach with gentle, barefoot-friendly water entry in some spots—though we still recommend wearing water shoes for comfort and safety. The snorkeling right off the beach is outstanding. The property features a sleek, newly built 18′ x 54′ pool, an infinity-edge hot tub, and a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard.
Spanning an impressive 6,500 square feet, this expansive single-level modern villa was thoughtfully designed to host large groups and families. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide breathtaking views, and the open-plan layout creates a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.
Guests can relax on the deep, sandy beachfront with 10 lounge chairs available for sunbathing. Kayaks are also available for rent, and there’s a sandy, barefoot-friendly entry point into the water—perfect for young children. The Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests including children, or 12 adults maximum.
The villa’s owner is a passionate supporter of veteran-focused charities, generously donating all annual rental profits to these causes, along with additional personal contributions.
One of the key attractions of this location is its closeness to Rum Point Club, a popular public beach destination known for its soft, walkable sand, wide variety of water sports, beachside restaurant and bar, gift shop, and casual beach volleyball games. Also nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club, home to a relaxed restaurant, a beach bar, and a marina—perfect for dining with a view or heading out on the water.
Further east, you’ll find two larger resorts—Morritt’s and The Reef—which offer beautifully maintained beaches, a selection of dining options, a full-service grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway, and a café/pastry shop. These resorts also serve as hubs for water-based activities including scuba diving, snorkeling excursions, jet ski rentals, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and more. Both feature oceanfront pools and bar service for the ultimate island experience.
